My name is Chamille Rodger-Youngs.
I am a queer 3rd Generation Bodyworker practicing blended Swedish Massage.
Before I was a Bodyworker I was a server in cafes and restaurants, until 2020 when I took the opportunity reflect on a career change. I knew I wanted to continue to meet new people, serve my community, and curate experiences but in a more intimate setting.
In 2021 I completed my 1,000-hour Therapeutic Massage certification under Director Jenni Lee at Ecole Setsuko in Montreal. After graduating I began Cistern Bodywork and worked in clinics, spas, and community events including outdoor sporting events, hospitals, young parent programs, and assisted living facilities.
The work experience I am most proud of and that has brought me the most joy so far was as a Core Team Member at Community Healing Days in Montreal. From 2022-2025 I worked once a month providing low-cost massage to community members, as well as providing on-site massage at local and out-of-town community centres.
“Such a great experience! I received a very relaxing massage from Chamille, who is so caring, intentional and intuitive in their approach. From the moment I entered their calming space, I felt at ease and truly listened to. My muscles feel so much looser, my body more open and my mind much more peaceful after their treatment. I’m looking forward to going back for another session!”
“Chamille is considerate, attentive, and professional. As someone with chronic pain, I was nervous about booking my first ever massage session. Not only do I feel heard at each appointment, but Chamille takes the time to explain everything in detail. I cannot recommend Chamille enough and I am so thankful to have found them.”
“I had a great experience with them. It was my first time getting a massage and they were very thorough, caring, and clear in assessing my needs and explaining what they would be doing. The massage itself was comfortable and relaxing and I would absolutely recommend. Will definitely be booking again!”
