sessions take place in-person in East Vancouver, at the multidisciplinary clinic Grant St Wellness.

The clinic is located on the second floor of a heritage building with stairs and is therefore not accessible.

in the case of any COVID symptoms please reach out to cancel your appointment and the fee will be waived

I am up to date on my COVID vaccines and will be wearing a KN95 mask for the duration of the appointment.

masking for clients will be encouraged but optional with surgical masks provided on-site

per the clinic policy:

We ask 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the service may be charged. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments: 100% of the service may be charged. Life happens, if you’re unwell or facing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible.

Cistern Bodywork is a non-registered practice, therefore sessions cannot be reimbursed by Extended Health Benefits.
